This evening kicks off my three day bachelorette weekend and I am so excited! Carey flies in tonight so I get to hang out with her tomorrow during the day as well as get a few errands done while she visits friends. Once everyone else is done with work, we are headed up to the mountains for a fun weekend. I’m not sure exactly what they have planned but I’m really looking forward to it! Winter time makes me a little anti-social and it seems like everyone has been crazy busy so it’ll be nice to spend a weekend hanging out with friends.
These are all of my bridesmaids. Unfortunately not all of them can make it since plans were changed last minute but I know they’re all ready to celebrate come April 6!
Sunday is my bridal shower, thrown by one of my maids of honor, Megan. I know she’s been planning up a storm and I can’t wait to see this group of women together. It seems crazy to me how soon the wedding is (just about 6 weeks now) but luckily we got a ton of stuff done early on so it seems like everything is still under control.
How cute are those invites? I edited out the address since I’m pretty sure her mom wouldn’t love me advertising where they live on the internet .
Today I have been really plugging away at work so that I can enjoy my day off and not worry about any loose ends. I took a break around lunchtime to complete Jess’ 2nd prenatal fitness at home workout. This one involved dumbbells and it was a Tabata style circuit workout.
After the workout, I had a quick lunch that was inspired by my need to keep the kitchen super clean. I remembered that I had a few Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers in the freezers and decided to keep lunch simple. This one was a chicken ravioli bowl and I added a tropical fruit Greek yogurt on the side. Quick and easy!
